Add pixi to homebrew

For a project to be added to homebrew-core, it must be over 2 months(?) old and have >= 100 70 75 stars.
Until then I could build a recipe and host it on my own tap and migrate it when all requirements are met.

I added it to my own homebrew tap, pavelzw/pavelzw. You should be able to install it via brew using

brew install pavelzw/pavelzw/pixi

Here is the corresponding formula.
Since I didn't figure out how to publish prebuilt bottles on a private tap with external dependencies from homebrew/core, brew will build the project from source when calling brew install pavelzw/pavelzw/pixi.
CI checks that the installation works for macOS 64 and linux-64 and my machine checks that it works on macOS arm64 :P

I think this has to do for now, as soon as we get it on homebrew-core, there will be prebuilt bottles as well as tests for all supported macOS (and Linux) versions and architectures.
