This PR migrates the
BaseStylescomponent to TypeScript as part of the TypeScript refactor.While migrating
BaseStyles, I discovered thatReact.ComponentPropsdoesn't work as expected with styled-components. So I wrote (read: copied) a new utility type calledComponentPropsto allow us to extract component props from styled-components correctly. This PR replaces all usages ofReact.ComponentPropsin our codebase with the newComponentPropsutility.
