Some correction to make pylsd working with Python 3.5 #1

Hello,
I made some changes to make it working: some function and module calls.

The only difficulty unresolved, at least on my windows 10 computer, is
that lsd saves results in a file named 'D' instead of the generated name
passed as argument.
