[issue] stdout converts one % to %% #308

Describe the bug
When alerting a CVE or security issue, for every %, appear %%.

So for example: %22abc%22, nuclei alerts %%22abc%%22 and this fails and is wrong.

The issue comes when there is a lot of % involved... such as CVE-2019-10475.
