The p2p naming system exposes a RESTful API. Integrate that API into the SDK:

• add x-platform HTTP client support (Node.js, browser)
  • SDK > add x-platform HTTP client support #47
• inject the URI of the API into the SDK and wrap the API calls that it exposes
  • /updatekbt
  • /kbt/:kbtid
  • (TODO?) /register
• support JWT for securing API calls
  • this will require a local wallet for storing a keypair from which we derive JWT crypto material
  • feat(sdk): local wallet implementation #45
