Preview options still not sticky

Description of the bug

Options such as Seams are only alive for current session and are not preserve across relaunches. This has been requested for years. In fact, I believe there's been a PR for that. I was hoping PS 3.0 would finally preserve those settings.

Go to Preview. Activate Seams. Relaunch. Seams is deactivated.
