Add "Add/Create Custom Printer" button directly to the printer selection popup

In the new UI (v3.0.0), the old Configuration Wizard is completely missing, leaving no dedicated workflow to create a printer profile from scratch.

Currently, the only workaround to create a profile is taking an existing vendor profile, duplicating/saving it under a new name, and manually stripping or overriding inherited settings. This makes setting up a custom, standalone printer unnecessarily tedious and messy.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add an "Add Printer" or "New Custom Printer" button at the bottom of the printer selection popup (next to "Compare profiles").

Clicking this button should open a streamlined wizard or dialog to create a completely clean, standalone printer profile (defining name, bed dimensions, kinematics, firmware type, and nozzle size) without any inherited vendor constraints, hidden dependencies, or delta configs.

Hi, thanks for the feature request. This is exactly what's missing in new alpha. Sooner or later, we will need to solve this and enable create custom printers in some way.
