Responsiveness for Infragram page

As mentioned in issue #211, I would like to further dedicate this issue to make the UI more responsive.

Hi @Forchapeatl @garimavs, I love that you're both collaborating with each other. Right now, we're putting all design/UI related issues on hold so that we work on that during the GSOC/Outreachy programs. What you can do is create a proposal of how you plan on fixing the problems with the project you choose. It's fine if you continue to update it as you have more understanding of the problem. Rough drafts are fine and we won't review them until you want us to do.

You can make suggestions or discuss improvements you think should be made to the Infragram project in our project discussion issue publiclab/plots2#10754.
