Floating header obscures anchor links #1749

The floating header obscures the anchor Hx's that links refer to.

For example, the link https://www.pulumi.com/docs/intro/concepts/programming-model/#dynamicproviders lands me on a page that looks like this:

whereas I think we'd prefer if it looked like this:

image

I have no idea whether this is possible, other than the fact that "with CSS+JS, literally everything is possible ... even if it means a lot of elbow grease and holding your nose." 😄
