The capsule docs web site is not more accessible. http://www.capsule.io/

Is there are any chance to restore it or to have access to any other copy of the docs?

Ah, I didn't see your fork of the project. Nice work, I hope you can fix some of the Java 9+ issues!

Ah, web archive to the rescue! thanks for pointing it out. Yes, the project is not maintained anymore but still quite useful and not such a big problem to maintain it in a separate branch.
