This PR adds a makefile to generate HTML and PDF. This includes a (mostly complete) template that uses (most) of the YAML frontmatter. It could be improved by adding if's around things like the use of
$time.total$and$temperature$(which isn't mentioned yet as my template doesn't incorporate that yet, but its easy to build in)
