Tell us about your feature idea

The "Start New PWA" command should ask me to select a location to save my new PWA. Currently it uses the current open folded directory which is usually not ideal.

Do you have an implementation or a solution in mind?

When the command is invoked, a dialog should open to select a folder where to create the new project

Have you considered any alternatives?
