[BUG] Google Play Billing deprecated

What happened?

I heavily use Google Play Billing in my TWA on android that I packaged with PWABuilder.

Google send a message to my inbox saying:

"We've detected that this app is using an old version of Google Play Billing. From 1 November 2023, all app updates must use Billing Library version 5 or newer.

Action required: Please verify that your publicly available APKs are updated to the latest version of the Play Billing Library. This includes any APK or app bundle rolled out in production."

How do we reproduce the behavior?

Upload any App with Google Play Billing enabled on PWA Builder

What do you expect to happen?

Update to Billing Library 5 or newer

What environment were you using?

Google Play Console

@crosschainer @arielaco fixed by services update. You can regenerate the package from PWABuilder.
