Failing CI / GitHub Actions: need to adapt code to latest endesive release #559

Since the latest release of endesive, the CI pipeline is failing on those 2 unit tests:

FAILED test/signing/test_sign.py::test_sign_pkcs12 - ValueError: not enough values to unpack (expected 3, got 1)
FAILED test/signing/test_sign.py::test_sign_pkcs12_with_link - ValueError: not enough values to unpack (expected 3, got 1)

This was fixed by 7cc6708
