Make the Hotspot Run All the Time

If you run on an OS version that uses it's own "custom" battery management solution, like Samsung for example, you should first "whitelist" the TetherFi app in the "custom" solution (Samsung's "Never Sleep" for example), and then ALSO whitelist the app in the normal Android OS by disabling Battery Optimization as below:

You need to disable Android OS Battery Optimization for the TetherFi app so that the Hotspot service can run all the time (or restart itself if it is killed). You can do this via the "Always Alive" option in the app, or via your device settings.
