Nationality change to pie chart / include more nationalities

1. The options of available nationalities in the application form was not inclusive. It only includes options of nationalities of previous participants. For example, European countries are not an option. As a result, the category "others" have a high count.
2. Since the difference between Taiwanese and foreigner differs a lot, we can consider using another kind of representation such as a pie chart, it would be more suitable.
