Describe the bug
When calling pygod.utils.load_data(), sometimes it returns the following error message: ConnectionError: ('Connection aborted.', RemoteDisconnected('Remote end closed connection without response'))

It is may due to Github connection issues. China mainland users, please refer to the Baidu disk link in the readme of this repo to download the corresponding datasets. The dataset needs to be unzipped under pygod/data
