I think it will be very helpful to write down what we expect from volunteers, from logistics to speaking advise. Some things that come to mind:

What do we expect from volunteers zoom-wise: join a breakout room and stay there, move betweeen rooms, if so how and when...
Advice on how to ensure everyone feels welcome when joining, in breakout rooms... should participants present/not present themselves? reminder to not use "guys", assuming someone's pronouns...
What to do if a spammer or troll were to join?
