Guidelines for Data Sets

Angeline Burrell edited this page Dec 19, 2018 · 2 revisions

To encourage reproducible science and appropriate attribution to those working in traditionally unappreciated areas, pysat recommends (but does not require) that data sets follow Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable (FAIR) practices. Whilst participation in pysat does improve a data set's FAIR profile, we recommend that the PIs and curators explore the FAIR Guiding Principles and follow them when possible.
