Yesterday marks 3 years since the last release of Python 2.6! 馃帀

To celebrate, I'm attempting to drop support for it from 156 prominent Python packages (one for every week it's past end-of-life)--including this one!

I've tried my best to remove as much 2.6-specific cruft as I can, but at the very least, this PR will remove the 'Programming Language :: Python :: 2.6' trove classifier from this projects setup.py.

Changes Unknown when pulling bac9ba7 on di:drop-py26 into * on pytest-dev:master*.

We previously commited to supporting Python versions as long as pip does, and I still think we should support 2.6 as long pip does so too.

According to pypa/pip#3955 that should change in 6-12 months 馃槈

the pr looks perfect, unfortunately we#ll have to keep it on hiatus until we can honor the previous commitment to pip

@di it would have been nice to keep it for reference - so we can merge/update it when pip does that (which is in about 6-8 months)
