GUI action reLoad file (in Seq Explorer)
An option that allow to select one sequence group from the tree and try to reload the sequences from the original file.
There are two reLoad options: one for Files: and one for Dir:. They can be invoked from the toolbar, from the menu Sequences and right-clicking the group and selecting Reload from the original file or Reload from the original directory.
The Files: variant will only reload the selected file, while the Dir: variant will recursively reload all the files that the program will find in the same directory, and all the files in all the subdirectories, recreating the entirely subtree that begins at the selected group.
During the reload the current sequence filters are applied to the targets if the selected group is not in a subtree of primers or probes (that is: primers or probes are not filtered when the are inserted in the corresponding subtree). In contrast, for primer and probes a Non degenerate set of sequence variants is created for each degenerate sequence.
If you really need the primes to be filtered you can move (cut and paste) the subgroup to another subtree, for example Non Target. After reLoad it, you can move it back to the original location.
