The file content of pev.sh at line 1 and following looks corrupt. While opening this file in a editor results in a warning: illegal characters.

Replaced corrupted file slac/pev.sh with a new one.

Okay, the new one is better but the shebang is still broken. Github thinks this file is binary. I will try to fix it manually.
