App template on the qcobjects 2.7.2 chain.

- require qcobjects, qcobjects-sdk and qcobjects-cli at >=2.7.2 <3.0.0;
  the previous qcobjects >=2.7.1 range resolved to a Core without the
  component-construction fixes, so a fresh install reproduced the failure
- HeaderController component-root fix (shadowed != null is always true
  under loose equality, so it always used an undefined shadowRoot)
- lockfile pins all three at 2.7.2

Tests: 6 specs, 0 failures; lint 0 errors; 25/25 components built
successfully in headless Chromium on the published chain.
