Require qcobjects >=2.7.7, which publishes a self-contained declaration
bundle. The type surface this template builds against previously reported
TS2307 errors under skipLibCheck: false; against the 2.7.7 bundle every
'Cannot find module types', 'InheritClass' and 'Component' warning is zero.

Regenerates package-lock.json, which pinned qcobjects 2.7.4 and could not
resolve the fixed bundle. Repairs the lockfile version field and VERSION.
