Show the ID in plugin detail page

• This PR is a fix for the issue Feature request: display plugin ID to the plugin page with a copy button #343

Changes summary:

• Show the plugin ID under the plugin name and in the Details Tab
• Add a button to copy the plugin ID to the clipboard
