Reprojection, ellpsoid to geoide fail

What is the bug or the crash?

I’ve been trying to reproject from EPSG:4977 to 3006 + RH200 without success. T

QGis doesn’t convert ellipsoid hight to geoid, but I can see it’s in the string.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Draw point in Sweden with the 4977 projection and set an elevation.
Reproject to Sweref99 TM 3006 + RH200
