This adds a widget with multiple column attributes selector

probably would be good to coordinate with @arnaud-morvan who's working on customizable UI for processing parameters. |

@luipir he is doing it for 3.0 I guess, this was done couple of months ago to allow adding multiple fields selection. I thinnk it has an added value at least for the 2.x series. For 3.0 I'm open for collaboration of course |

This PR adds a widget that allows simple selection of multiple vector and table attribute fields. I alsp pushed the PR (#3168) with the example on how it is used. I keep thees two separated so that this PR only includes a new feature without changing previous behaviors.
@volaya I cleaned up all and I think it is ready for merging.
