InstrumentUtils() types should be vetted by IGM, Illumina

InstrumentUtils() has a mapping of one or two characters ('D', 'LH', etc.) found in the names of run-directories to the instruments used to create those run-directories. This list was developed internally by the lab. It is fairly authoritative but should be compared against an list from IGM or Illumina if possible.
