Adding a fav-icon to a blog website

I have followed instructions on adding fav-icon but but the icon is still not appearing in the browser bar, would someone point me where I am getting it wrong?

It's favicon rather than fav-icon

Issue solved, but the documentation on https://quarto.org/docs/reference/projects/websites.html still shows fav-icon. It needs to be changed to fav-icon. Unfortunately I cant seem to find the source page in the repo.
