Some of the integration tests are incomplete because of bugs found with the providers. I've logged support tickets and will update the tests to be more strict as soon as those are resolved.
This change also documents some of the issues found during integration testing with SendGrid and Postmark.
The BCC is often not included in the final email sent by SendGrid, making autmated testing unreliable. For this reason, the tests are built, but skipped.
