Why: Long running publishing can lead the waiting user to click again on the publish or cancel button.
How: Reflect that publishing is running and disable buttons

I've taken the same approach on Quepid on some of the modal dialogues... I've also animated the icon when it was disabled to make it clear that something is happening. See https://getbootstrap.com/docs/5.0/components/spinners/. I also did a quick look to see how to animate bootstrap 5 icons, and found https://poe.com/chat/2ufm7vn2d8znac1prny

Regardless, I think this is a great small bit of UX polish!
