The generic `grainlift` command collided with the Grainlift server
package's `grainlift` command, and every worker that depends on this
toolkit pulled it onto PATH. Workers get their own command by calling
grainlift.cli.run() from their [project.scripts]; the generic host remains
available as `python -m grainlift.cli serve module:Factory`.
