Add section for miscellaneous content to coverage report/content list

Right now things like hunts / pvp / maps / carnivale don't really fit with the rest of the coverage report. It doesn't know how to handle them and some things like carnivale have incorrect expansion data.

I think it'd be nice to create a second list in content_list.ts for this sort of thing, teach coverage report how to handle them, and print out a separate table at the bottom (not counting it for the main table at the top).
