MDS3 is an algorithm for the DNA motif discovery using multiple sample sequence sets. Install MDS3 by performing 'make' in the root directory of the source codes. Perform MDS3 by using the command: ./mds -i inputfile -o outputfolder Note: inputfile should be fasta form and contain at least 1000 sequences.
