💻 My R projects in progress

This package enables the creation of geolocation points using twilight data from GLS, employing both threshold and curve methods, and generates several results reports.
This research compendium allows for downloading and shaping CMIP6 and Copernicus data from the ESGF website and the Copernicus API, with CMIP6 variables being bias-corrected.
This research compendium allows for the creation of habitat models using the biomd2 package. It works with environmental data obtained from the downshape compendium.
