For the timebeing this targets:

  • the publish zen4R action option. If false, then it will be switched to true, and viceversa
  • the skipFileDownload global option, set to TRUE if the previous action was for drafting, next for publication file download is skipped. @juldebar is it ok for you?
  • the metadata entities handler (set to CSV) with the exported source as CSV file (where DOIs are added. @juldebar, this allows to take the JSON config as it is and runs the workflow on it for publication. Let me know if it is ok

For the clean parameter of Zenodo, for the time being i'm not activating the change FALSE-->TRUE and TRUE-->FALSE, as it is something that we necessarily want to run. By activating it we would be bind its behavior to publish FALSE/TRUE, which is not always what we want to do. @juldebar we should discuss it

Generally speaking it works fine.
