\[init_site()\] will also automatically create a favicon set from your package logo.

Maybe because brackets are escaped ?

@maelle can you take a look at this? I assume it's because of the way this snippet is reused in both .Rmd and .Rd.

Actually it's a fragment only used in the Rd so I'm not sure why the square brackets were escaped. 😬 I've made a PR. I think it's still worth to have this as a fragment rather than in the .R script as it's nicer to write in Rmd.
