Novaclient is currently being loaded into pyrax without any third-party extensions that may being installed on the system it's running on. This patch loads all installed novaclient extensions in a similar fashion to the novaclient shell. This makes it possible to use the methods provided by the installed extensions, such as the Rackspace specific extensions like os_virtual_interfacesv2_python_novaclient_ext which allows for hot-plugging cloud networks into cloud servers.
