Bash specific syntax in bootstrap-and-run-agent #27

bootstrap-and-run-agent uses bash syntax, and will not work with other shells. The script should be tested (and actually started) with /bin/sh instead of bash.

Is this required? I don't think that there's a system out there that doesn't have a bash. Why generalize? Can you give me scenario where this is failing? It works fine on all FG + XSEDE systems.

I am sure you remember the problems we had earlier with different versions of bash, right? This is a minimal change, but rids you of a reliability.

Anyways, yet another point where I'll stop discussing. Getting tired of having the same discussions every couple of month... :/
