SLURM://localhost log message kinda confusing

Melissa found the following issue:

2013:03:21 14:22:52 47249596820512 SLURMJobService : [DEBUG ] No username provided in URL fork://localhost, so we aregoing to find it with whoami

Melissa: i wasn't using fork://localhost

Ashley: slurm://localhost maps to fork://localhost for the PTY_Wrapper
Ashley: so it's technically fork, but the message is confusing

Will patch this so the output reflects this
