In the main README I link over to the SECURITY.md from the main radius repo, is there a need to duplicate this file into this dashboard repo? if so, you'll want to update the link here as well: https://github.com/radius-project/dashboard/blob/main/README.md#security

There are a few special filenames that power features in Github. This is one of them: https://docs.github.com/en/communities/setting-up-your-project-for-healthy-contributions/creating-a-default-community-health-file#supported-file-types
We should have these files in every repo.
