I'm a coach that installed a (dated) Laptop with Gnome Ubuntu, the new xenial version.

That version is not yet supported by http://ppp.launchpad.net/chris-lea/node.js/ubuntu, so the rails-install-ubuntu.sh does not run.

Use distro node.js for new Xenial Ubuntu release. Fixes #35.
