Enhancement with Google maps location services

If people can mark their locations via google maps, it would be easier for the rescue teams to help them.

I think GMaps location services will require a paid API and a Google cloud project with billing enabled. Whether or not to use this is to be decided by maintainers @biswaz

Location tracking from Web form without requiring any additional API configuration is already done on #29 and ready to be merged.
