HTML code beiing displayed on Android phones

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use DelaySend to send message to non-gmail address on Android phone.

Not sure.  whatever is installed for web based email.


Please provide any additional information below.

Email arrives at non-google addresses showing the HTML code as plain text when 
viewed on Android phone's mail app - in this case, on an HTC One M8.  Have not 
tried other phones.  Same mail app on Nexus 7 tablet displays correctly and 
mail received in outlook is also ok.  Mail sent from web app without using 
DelaySend is also formatted ok.
