Fix scripts/build (triggered by "make build CROSS=1") on Darwin to produce correctly both arm64 and x86_64 binaries: - fix rancher-machine-Darwin-x86_64 to use GOARCH=amd64 even when building from amd64 - add rancher-machine-Darwin-arm64
