Point the Backlog at the tracker and cap the Changelog at v0.11.0 (#760) Both pages had gone stale in the way hand-maintained prose about a moving codebase does, and the README sent readers to them for "exactly what's built vs. still open." The Backlog listed three open items, all three of which had shipped: rotated x-axis labels (#214), per-series legends (#215), and bar layering (#137). What is genuinely left of the third is now #773. The page is a pointer to the enhancement label instead. The Changelog stopped somewhere before v0.12.0 -- it mentions no issue numbered above the 500s -- so it now says so at the top and sends readers to the release notes, which have been the real changelog for a while. Its 1695 lines stay: they are design history, not a change list, and that reasoning is still current. The one entry v0.13.0 contradicted, the argument against a DataFrame abstraction, is called out rather than removed.

Home.md links to both. Roadmap.md kept as a short pointer to the two new pages, mirroring canvas_mojo's own wiki (https://github.com/randyzwitch/canvas_mojo/wiki/Roadmap) for anyone who guesses the old name. Content verified preserved byte-for-byte (diffed the extracted section bodies against the original ROADMAP.md) except for each page's own new intro and a handful of now-cross-page "Done, above"/"Explicitly still open, below" references, fixed to name the other page explicitly.
