romtools

A set of tools written in Ruby to manage ROMs.

Navigate to the sub folders to find the available tools.

• arcade_roms_filter
  Generates an opinionated list of filtered arcade ROMs given a romlist XML Dat file.
• roms_filter
  Generates an opinionated list of filtered ROMs given a folder with zipped ROMs.
• move_roms
  Moves zipped ROMs files from the target directory to the specified output directory, given a ROM list generated by roms_filter.rb or arcade_roms_filter.rb.

Requeriments

• Ruby 2.0 or higher.
• Bundler to install the dependencies (Nokogiri and rubyzip).
