CI is failing. Expect this is due to us missing upstream changes. Upstream itself needs a couple updates. Will work on getting those done and then refresh this feedstock. After we can retry this PR |

RAPIDS 24.06 will release with XGBoost still at 2.0.3, RAPIDS 24.08 will use the upcoming XGBoost 2.1. For that, we need to backport this small patch that affects pandas 2 in some scenarios (that cuDF uses) from dmlc/xgboost#10175.
