>> libSocketCom The purpose of this library is to facilitate communication between applications using sockets, in a client/server approach. Basically an app behaves like a server, waiting connections, and another app behaves like a client, connecting to it. This library, abstract the socket 'up/down/errors' management, and offers simples callbacks functions to inform the apps about these events. The library has a 'system log' embedded. How to use AppTest** - at a terminal, run 'AppTestLocalServer' (or AppTestInetServer) (1) > the server will be waiting for connections - at another terminal, run 'AppTestLocalClient' (or AppTestInetClient) (2) > the client will connect at he server and start the communication, sending a 'command', then the server will answer with a 'response'. > now, you can simulate 'server or client crash', with Ctrl+C at the server or client terminal > then you can simulate 'server or client respawn', running it again > see the events on the terminal ( onConnect, onReceive, onDisconnect ) The AppTestLocal* create a local socket, making possible only "internal host" communication The AppTestInet* create a 'normal' socket, ie, an ip/port socket, making possible remote communication (to another host)
