Collection of template files for use within Obsidian MD. Shared publicly.
Templates directory (_templates) is a child of a parent folder (_meta) in the vault. All directories and files within lead with the underscore (_) character. This makes for easy subtraction from any searches that may match on templates.
All templates utilize a UID (unique identifier) value that follows the Zettelkasten method of storing information. This value is stored in the metadata of each template as the uid key, with it's value being a formatted date-time value (YYYYMMDDHHmmss).
Any template files metadata will be considered 'Invalid YAML' when previewing the file. This is due to the use of {{}} functions that Obsidian provides via the templates plugin. Any files created using the templates will be valid.
